Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Jovanetić Transfers provides private transfer and chauffeur services in Belgrade, Serbia, and intercity routes across the country. Services include airport transfers to and from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, intercity private transfers, and corporate chauffeur services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings submitted via our website form, WhatsApp, Viber, phone, or email are treated as booking requests until explicitly confirmed by us. Confirmation will be provided by phone or message. A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received explicit confirmation from Jovanetić Transfers.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. To cancel, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking. Payment is made in cash upon arrival at your destination. We accept euros (EUR). No advance payment or deposit is required. Quoted prices are final and include no hidden fees unless otherwise stated.
5. Night Surcharge
A 20% surcharge applies to all transfers where the pickup time falls between 22:00 and 06:00 (local Belgrade time). This surcharge will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation and reflected in the final price.
6. Liability
Jovanetić Transfers carries appropriate liability insurance for passenger transport as required by Serbian law. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, or other force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.
7. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia.
